Commissions

By commissioning me you agree to the Terms of Service.To order please send a DM to my Twitter or Discord (sonyaneko) with the Order Form listed below.

Order form

Send me a DM with the following form filled:
- PayPal e-mail: (Your PayPal address)
- Character name: (Name of your character + artist name or franchise they are from)
- Character reference: (Reference or illustration of the character. Descriptions are not accepted.)
- Pose: (You can share different poses in which you would like to see your character. Preferably a picture but descriptions are accepted in this case)
- Commission Type: (Bust, Waist-up, Full body)
- Other: (Something you consider useful, like the character’s personality, etc.)
*CPS Timelapse: (OPTIONAL, from lineart to finish, 30 secs: +30 USD or 60 secs: + 50 USD)

Bust: 70 USD

- Additional charges apply for complex designs. (20-50 USD)
- Max 5 characters per artwork.
- Background is going to be simple (flat color, gradient).Commercial use:
+50% for streaming.
+100% for merch/games.

Waist-up: 90 USD

Knee-up: 110 USD

- Currently all Backgrounds are going to be simple (flat color, gradient).
- I reserve the right to refuse any request that I am not comfortable with or that I believe I do not have the artistic skill to complete.

Additional charges

- Complex designs.
- Additional character (Max 5 characters per artwork)
- CLIP STUDIO Timelapse (FROM LINEART TO THE END, SKETCH PROCESS NOT INCLUDED)
- Priority commission: the additional fee is based on the agreed deadline.
- Commercial use: if the art will be used for your brand or social media platforms that are able to gain profit (YouTube, Twitch, etc).

Working process

- The client will receive 2 pose ideas to choose from, then I will start the sketch where they will be able to request a maximum of three drastic changes. Once the client accepts the sketch and I start working on the lineart, there will be no more changes. If the client asks for more changes at the sketch stage (beyond the three drastic changes) or a modification is needed after I have started detailing the commission, an extra fee will be charged.

Payment process

- Payments are only accepted in USD and will be taken via Paypal invoice.
- All payments are paid upfront.
- If the client requesting the commission does not send the payment within 48 hours of receiving the invoice, the commission will be canceled (unless I extend this deadline at my discretion).Acceptance of the invoice and subsequent payment will be taken as acceptance that the client accepts the terms and conditions of the commission outlined below:- All commissions are for personal use unless a commercial fee was paid.
- As I can only draw on the weekends, updates will be sent only on Saturday or Sunday.
- Once I begin working on the commission, I will not refund the payment. If the client asks for a refund before I start the commission, the PayPal fee will be discounted from the refund.
-The drawing is a digital piece, and, because of this, I will not send any kind of package or physical delivery to the address given by the client. Instead, I will send a shareable Google Drive link of the file. The client must download the file within one week of receiving the link.
- The client accepts that the estimated time to complete the commission I have provided you is an estimate and that this waiting time may change due to my workload.
- Once I start working on the commission, it will be finished within six weeks depending on the complexity of the commission (this does not include the time taken to do the modifications asked by the client).
- Communication with the client is very important. If I ask for information from the client and they do not reply in a timely manner, the project may be delayed, and the delivery date will be postponed until I have received the needed information. If the client does not get in contact with me within two weeks, the commission will be canceled.
- The project will be finished once the digital file is sent by a shareable Google Drive link to the client. The client understands that I will no longer make any modifications to the final drawing as a part of this commission.
